The ultimate tailgate party involves one 80 – 110″ projector, a white queen sheet, sound system, black visqueen, beverages, potluck food, and decent weather. On the West Coast, the first hour of the game is played when it’s light out and requires black visqueen surrounding the white sheet. Other time zones may not require such preparation.
Invite the neighbors. It will be hard for them to aovid staring at your impressive audio/visual of the big game. Several wagering options should be available. You can create a typical square board that every office and party will have. We recommend prop bets. Proposition bets are wagers such as first person to score TD, total score at half time, first penalty, total final score, total rushing yards of both RB’s, last person to score, etc, etc. Set a price for each bet ($1 or $2) and have guests place their names next to one of the options. Make sure you’re able to list at least 10 options for each prop bet. Whoever has their name next to the correct prop bet wins the cash for that pool. Prop bets engage your guests, include minimal risk, even if the game is a blow out.
